There is no need to commit to a particular practice schedule. Join us when you can. Shannon will be available to coach during MOST of these times. If you want to be sure she'll be there, call her the day before (see Contact Us). Shannon usually swims with the team and you will most often find her in lane 3. If you're unsure, ask the lifeguard to introduce you.
