You can choose to do it alone (about 14 miles) or as a relay (1st leg=5 miles, 2nd leg=3 miles, 3rd leg=6 miles). Each swimmer must have his/her own support crew in a kayak or canoe. Contact Shannon for more details.

How do I fill out a meet entry form?

  • For any PNA sanctioned meet (which will pretty much be any meet in western WA): "Team" or "Workout Group" = SVMS
"Club" or "LMSC" or "Association" = PNA
  • For all other meets (in Canada, Oregon, Nationals, etc) "Club", "Association", "LMSC", "Team" ALL = PNA

To convert your times from SCY to SCM or LCM, here is a conversion tool: http://www.swimpna.org/php/timeConversionsSelect.php.
